Students bring Aladdin to life
Posted: 23rd January 2019A production in rehearsal since the summer has been performed to three packed audiences.
A group of 50 students at Forest Hall School have been working on stage and behind the scenes to bring the production of Aladdin to life.
Siobhan White, head of performing arts, said: “All of the students were fantastic. They have been very committed and enthusiastic and worked really hard, devoting their own time after school and on Saturdays.
“As well as the singing and dancing, as it was a pantomime there was a lot of audience participation which meant students having to be brave and just going with whatever the audience came back at them with.
“In terms of the backstage operation, it has been all down to the students.
“They have all been absolute gems and have done us proud.”
