Choir sings at airport hotel

Christmas arrived into Stansted Airport with the help of local singers.

A choir of 12 Year 7 to 11 students from Forest Hall School performed Christmas songs at the Novotel Hotel at the airport.

The students were invited to the hotel by the Stansted Chamber of Commerce to entertain diners arriving for a Christmas lunch.

Music teacher Julia Lysons said: “The students enjoyed performing and having the opportunity to show to the public what they can do.”

Students enjoyed mince pies as a thank you for their performance.
